The full journey from inquiry to live website

01 BEFORE WORK BEGINS

Discovery call

A 15-minute call directly with founder Harshdeep Singh. We review your current website (or offline referral bottleneck), clarify your business goals, and identify which fixed-price package fits your requirements.

No account managers, no pressure, no spam. If there's no fit, we'll tell you honestly.

02 BEFORE WORK BEGINS

Written scope & advance

You receive a clear written scope: pages included, features, delivery timeline, and total price. Once you approve and pay the 50% advance, your project slot is secured.

  • Fixed package price—no surprise charges for agreed work
  • 50% advance / 50% before launch payment structure
  • Accepted modes: UPI, bank transfer, PayU Money
03 DAYS 1–2

Content & planning

You supply your core business content—service descriptions, credentials, images, and any brand assets. We define the sitemap, page hierarchy, and conversion structure together.

  • Content checklist provided so nothing is missed
  • Sitemap and page structure agreed in writing
  • Delivery timeline confirmed based on content readiness
04 DAYS 3–6

Design & development

We build your website on mobile-first principles, with clear conversion paths, WhatsApp integration, and foundational technical SEO. You see progress through structured checkpoints.

  • Mobile-optimized layouts for every page
  • Lead-capture forms and WhatsApp triggers
  • Foundational on-page and technical SEO
  • SSL, analytics, and Search Console setup
05 DAYS 7–8

Review & revisions

We present the completed website for your review. Two comprehensive feedback and revision rounds are included within the agreed scope. We test responsiveness across devices and audit mobile and desktop speed before launch.

  • Two full revision rounds included
  • Cross-device responsiveness testing
  • Mobile and desktop speed audit
  • Form and WhatsApp flow verification
06 DAYS 9–10

Launch & handover

Once you approve the final version and pay the 50% balance, we deploy the website to your domain. You receive 100% ownership of all credentials—domain, hosting, SSL, and analytics.

  • Deployment to your domain
  • SSL and Google Analytics verification
  • Full credential handover—no vendor lock-in
  • Optional monthly care plan discussion
07 OPTIONAL • ONGOING

Ongoing care

If you choose a monthly Website Care Plan, we continue to handle backups, security monitoring, content updates, and technical support. You stay with us for value—not because your assets are held hostage.

  • Growth Care (₹5,000/month)
  • Premium Care (₹8,000/month)

What We Need From You

To keep your 7–10 day schedule on track

The fastest projects are those where content is ready early. Here's what helps us move quickly.

Core business content

Service descriptions, company background, credentials, and any existing text you'd like used.

Images and brand assets

Logo files, team photos, product images, or any brand guidelines you already have.

Domain and hosting access

Credentials or willingness to set up new accounts with our guidance during scoping.

Timely feedback

Review checkpoints and revision requests within 1–2 working days to keep the sprint on schedule.

Timeline: 7–10 days from content received and advance paid.
Revisions: 2 comprehensive rounds included.
Payment: 50% advance / 50% before launch.
Dependencies & What Can Delay Delivery

What the 7–10 day window assumes, and what can shift it

The delivery window is realistic when these conditions are met. When they are not, the timeline adjusts.

A ASSUMPTION

Content is supplied in a usable form

We need service descriptions, company background, credentials, and any images you want used. “Usable” means we can work with it without rewriting it from scratch. If content arrives in fragments, or needs substantial editing, that is a separate scope and will extend the timeline.

B ASSUMPTION

Feedback arrives within 1–2 working days

At each review checkpoint, we need your consolidated feedback to keep the schedule. Feedback that arrives in multiple rounds over a week, or that expands the scope, will push the launch date. We flag this at the time rather than surprising you at the end.

C ASSUMPTION

Domain and hosting access is available

We need access to your domain registrar and hosting account to deploy the site. If you do not yet have these, we can guide you through setting them up, but that setup time adds to the schedule. We do not buy or hold domain and hosting on your behalf.

D ASSUMPTION

Scope does not change mid-project

The written scope is the basis for the fixed price. If you add pages, new integrations, or new interactive components after approval, those are quoted separately and will affect the timeline. Changes to the agreed structure are not treated as “small tweaks.”

E ASSUMPTION

Third-party services are available

Hosting, SSL issuance, analytics, and any third-party integration depend on their own providers. Occasional provider-side delays or policy changes are outside our control. If they occur, we communicate them immediately and work around them where possible.

Timeline commitment: The 7–10 day window begins when content and 50% advance are received, not on the discovery call date.
If the timeline shifts: We tell you as soon as we know, and we agree on a revised launch date rather than leaving it open.
What we do not promise: We do not promise a shorter window than 7–10 days, and we do not claim that every project will always hit the shortest end of the range.
After Launch

What happens once your website goes live

01 IMMEDIATE

Credentials are handed over

You receive access to your domain registrar, hosting control panel, SSL, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console. If you prefer to change passwords after handover, that is expected and encouraged.

02 FIRST FEW DAYS

We check the live site with you

We confirm the live site loads correctly, forms deliver to the configured destination (Google Sheet via Apps Script as set up), and analytics is receiving data. If anything is not working as expected, tell us promptly and we will fix it within the agreed post-launch support window.

03 ONGOING

Maintenance is optional and separate

After the post-launch support window, the site is yours to maintain. If you want ongoing help with backups, security monitoring, and content updates, a monthly care plan is available. There is no obligation to take one; many clients choose to self-manage their site after handover.

04 IF SOMETHING BREAKS

How to get support

If you are on a care plan, use the agreed support channel (WhatsApp or email depending on your plan). If you are not on a care plan, you can still contact us for a time-and-materials quote on the specific issue. We do not disappear at launch, but support outside a care plan is not unlimited and is quoted based on the actual work involved.

Common Questions

What clients usually ask before starting

What happens if I'm not ready with content?
Your 7–10 day delivery clock starts when we have your content and advance. If content is delayed, the delivery timeline adjusts accordingly. We provide a content checklist during scoping so you know exactly what's needed.
Can I make changes after the 2 revision rounds?
Yes. Additional revisions or scope changes are quoted separately and may affect the delivery timeline. We agree on the scope before work begins, so both sides know what's included.
Who owns the website, domain, and hosting?
You retain 100% ownership of your domain, hosting, and the delivered website files. You receive all applicable credentials during launch and handover. There is no vendor lock-in.
What if the project takes longer than 10 days?
Client-side delays (content, feedback, approvals) can extend the timeline. We communicate proactively at each stage, so you always know the current status and what's needed to move forward.
