Clear care-plan boundaries

To keep our care plans transparent and fairly priced, the following boundaries apply across all tiers:

Included in Care Plans: Scheduled backups, security and uptime monitoring, agreed text/image updates, technical support within plan response windows, and the specific features listed for each tier above.

Outside Care Plans (Quoted Separately): New page builds, complete redesigns, custom software integrations, ongoing SEO ranking campaigns, paid advertising management, social media publishing, and large content migrations. These are scoped and quoted separately.

Billing: Monthly in advance via UPI, bank transfer, or PayU Money.

Cancellation: Cancel with notice as agreed in the written plan; current period is not pro-rated.

Scope: Exact limits and response times are defined in the written care-plan agreement.
