To keep your 7–10 day schedule on track
The fastest projects are those where content is ready early. Here's what helps us move quickly.
Core business content
Service descriptions, company background, credentials, and any existing text you'd like used.
Images and brand assets
Logo files, team photos, product images, or any brand guidelines you already have.
Domain and hosting access
Credentials or willingness to set up new accounts with our guidance during scoping.
Timely feedback
Review checkpoints and revision requests within 1–2 working days to keep the sprint on schedule.
What the 7–10 day window assumes, and what can shift it
The delivery window is realistic when these conditions are met. When they are not, the timeline adjusts.
Content is supplied in a usable form
We need service descriptions, company background, credentials, and any images you want used. “Usable” means we can work with it without rewriting it from scratch. If content arrives in fragments, or needs substantial editing, that is a separate scope and will extend the timeline.
Feedback arrives within 1–2 working days
At each review checkpoint, we need your consolidated feedback to keep the schedule. Feedback that arrives in multiple rounds over a week, or that expands the scope, will push the launch date. We flag this at the time rather than surprising you at the end.
Domain and hosting access is available
We need access to your domain registrar and hosting account to deploy the site. If you do not yet have these, we can guide you through setting them up, but that setup time adds to the schedule. We do not buy or hold domain and hosting on your behalf.
Scope does not change mid-project
The written scope is the basis for the fixed price. If you add pages, new integrations, or new interactive components after approval, those are quoted separately and will affect the timeline. Changes to the agreed structure are not treated as “small tweaks.”
Third-party services are available
Hosting, SSL issuance, analytics, and any third-party integration depend on their own providers. Occasional provider-side delays or policy changes are outside our control. If they occur, we communicate them immediately and work around them where possible.
What happens once your website goes live
Credentials are handed over
You receive access to your domain registrar, hosting control panel, SSL, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console. If you prefer to change passwords after handover, that is expected and encouraged.
We check the live site with you
We confirm the live site loads correctly, forms deliver to the configured destination (Google Sheet via Apps Script as set up), and analytics is receiving data. If anything is not working as expected, tell us promptly and we will fix it within the agreed post-launch support window.
Maintenance is optional and separate
After the post-launch support window, the site is yours to maintain. If you want ongoing help with backups, security monitoring, and content updates, a monthly care plan is available. There is no obligation to take one; many clients choose to self-manage their site after handover.
How to get support
If you are on a care plan, use the agreed support channel (WhatsApp or email depending on your plan). If you are not on a care plan, you can still contact us for a time-and-materials quote on the specific issue. We do not disappear at launch, but support outside a care plan is not unlimited and is quoted based on the actual work involved.
What clients usually ask before starting
