1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing jasunngrowthsolutions.com or engaging JASUNN Growth Solutions ("JASUNN", "we", "us", "our") for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
JASUNN provides website design, development, and monthly website care plans for Indian small and medium enterprises. The specific deliverables for each project are defined in a written scope agreed before work begins. Additional services (such as ongoing SEO campaigns, paid advertising management, or custom software integrations) can be quoted separately and are not included unless explicitly agreed in writing.
3. Pricing and Packages
Our website development packages are fixed-price, as listed below:
- Credibility Launch: ₹25,000 (up to 5 pages)
- Business Growth: ₹45,000 (up to 10 pages)
- Authority Presence: ₹75,000 (up to 15 pages)
Monthly Care Plans are available at ₹2,500, ₹5,000, or ₹8,000 per month, as selected in the written care-plan agreement.
4. Payment Terms
- 50% advance secures your project slot and initiates work.
- 50% balance is due after final client approval, before launch on your domain.
- Accepted modes: UPI, bank transfer, PayU Money.
- Care plans are billed monthly, in advance, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR).
5. Timelines and Client Responsibilities
Typical delivery is 7–10 days after content and 50% advance payment are received. Timelines depend on:
- Client supplying core business content, images, and information.
- Timely feedback and approvals.
- Access to domain and hosting, where applicable.
Delays caused by client-side factors may extend the delivery window. JASUNN is not liable for delays resulting from incomplete content, third-party outages, or scope changes requested after work begins.
6. Revisions
Two comprehensive revision rounds are included within the agreed scope. Additional revisions or scope changes are quoted separately and may affect the delivery timeline.
7. Intellectual Property and Ownership
- Upon full payment, you retain 100% ownership of your domain, hosting, and the delivered website files.
- JASUNN may reference the completed project in its portfolio and marketing materials. Client names, logos, or project details are used only with permission.
- Third-party assets (stock images, fonts, frameworks) are subject to their own licenses and are not transferred to you as exclusive property.
8. Client Content
You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to use any content (text, images, logos, videos) you supply. You agree not to send content that infringes third-party rights or is unlawful. JASUNN may request removal of content that appears to infringe third-party rights.
9. Website Care Plans
Monthly care plans are optional, billed in advance, and can be cancelled with reasonable notice as agreed in the written plan. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle; the current billing period is not pro-rated. Precise update limits, response times, backup retention, and exclusions are specified in the written care-plan agreement.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use our website or services for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt to disrupt, gain unauthorized access to, or probe our systems.
- Misrepresent your identity, business, or affiliation.
- Abuse, harass, or threaten our team.
11. Third-Party Services
We integrate or reference third-party services (hosting, payment gateways, analytics, WhatsApp, Google, stock asset providers). We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or issues beyond our reasonable control.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JASUNN's total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific project or care-plan period giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.
13. Termination
Either party may terminate a project in writing. Work completed up to the termination date remains billable. Any advance paid is subject to our Refund Policy.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Gurugram, Haryana, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our services.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
