Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

1. General Payment Structure

At JASUNN Growth Solutions, our standard project structure requires a 50% upfront payment to secure your slot and commence work, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion prior to the final launch and handover of assets.

2. Non-Refundable Digital Services

Due to the nature of digital goods and services, which include intensive strategy, design, and coding labor, payments made are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. We allocate dedicated time and resources specifically for your project.

3. Refund Eligibility & Cancellations

  • Before Work Commences: If you cancel your project within 24 hours of making the upfront payment and before any design, strategy, or development work has started, you may be eligible for a full refund minus any processing fees.
  • During Development: If you choose to terminate the project during the development phase, the initial 50% deposit is completely non-refundable, as it covers the labor and time already invested.
  • Care Plans: Monthly website care plans can be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-month cancellations.

4. Revisions & Scope Changes

We guarantee quality and aim for 100% satisfaction. Our packages include up to two rounds of reasonable revisions during the design phase. However, a desire for unlimited revisions outside the initial project scope or a sudden change in business direction does not qualify for a refund.
